CHANGEOVER CABLE TV:
OUR SERVICE PARTNERS WILL SOON DEACTIVATE THE OLD CABLE TV CONNECTIONS!
Dear tenants,
this affects all households that have not yet concluded their own cable TV contracts:
Our service partners will soon deactivate the old cable TV connections!
Due to a change in the law on 1 July 2024, you will no longer pay for your cable TV contract via your landlord’s service charges. Since this change, you need your own cable TV contract if you want to continue watching cable TV.
As a gesture of goodwill, a transitional phase was granted for reorientation and contract finding. This period is now coming to an end and the remaining old cable TV connections will be gradu- ally deactivated by our service partners.
However, it is important to us that you can continue to watch cable TV as usual.
Please contact your local TV provider as soon as possible to find out about a provider of cable TV products or contact your current provider, as the old cable TV connection is no longer billed via the ancillary costs and you will not pay twice.
If you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us on the usual service numbers. You can find more information in our FAQs.
